iPhone to be launched in SA in the next few weeks?
The much-anticipated Apple iPhone appears to be set for its SA launch within the next few weeks

Get ready for the hype, everyone! It seems that the much-anticipated Apple iPhone is about to be launched in South Africa within the next few weeks.
For once this isn't just speculation, because a Vodacom service provider, Smartcom, has been letting pre-order customers know that the iPhone is expected to be available sometime between the end of August and the beginning of September.
In the meantime, the South African iTunes store is already up and running, allowing South Africans to purchase apps for the iPhone and iPod touch.
