The intention behind the weekend programme is not only to initiate research into leading social change processes, but is also the Centre's response to the need for developing an ethical conscience in our institutions. As such, this is not being seen as a one-off programme but as part of a larger research endeavour to track how the participants take their new learnings into their workplaces and to monitor the successes and failures, where this research will help refine future programmes of a similar nature.

The weekend programme is free, but prospective participants will have to apply by sending their CVs and a letter of motivation. Please note that the deadline is the 29 August 2008. These must be sent to:
