 LayerCake is a specialist recruitment company for the advertising and marketing industry in Cape Town. It is owned and run by Wendy Rijksen-Bubb, Sarah Murchison and Colette Romon, the dynamic team, which for the past 10 years, were connected with the very successful Cape Town office of a national recruitment agency working in advertising and marketing. All three partners have backgrounds in advertising and marketing in mainstream agencies and marketing companies. The agency is managed by Colette who also provides all candidate and client support. LayerCake, is a smaller and more intimate recruitment company than our competitors. Our approach is very personal and we are focused on offering career guidance at all levels, rather than simply placing people in jobs. It is a tried and tested approach, and one of the main reasons, we believe, people have kept coming back all these years.
