LETHIMVULA SHARES TRADING AT REDICULOUS PRICE by shareholder

I cannot understand why shareholders are trading
Lethimvula shares as low as .55c when there is a mandatory offer of .835c to be paid in the not too distant future.
See www.lethimvula.com. Am I missing something or are times that hard?
