F.B.I aka Focus, was nominated in five music categories, Best International Male Artist, Best International Song, Best International Music Video, Artist of the Year Overall and Best music Web Site.

Just weeks ago his debut single Baby Girl was in the top 10 countdown of Passion TV, London, UK. He has also on appeared on TV so this is clearly an artist to watch in the future.

His debut album is scheduled to be launched on September 6, 2008 in Nigeria. The event slated to take place at the five-star hotel Sheraton Hotels & Towers, Ikeja, Lagos.

However, though Focus seems destined for greater things, it is no great surprise that a Nigerian-based artist is been nominated for an international music award judging by the fact that Nigerian music industry has developed significantly in few years.

Focus is signed to Topgab Recordz, UK, a proudly Nigerian-owned record label coming soon to Nigeria.
