Latest Mpofu suspension not lifted

NEWSWATCH: SABC group CEO Dali Mpofu has failed to have his third suspension overturned by the Johannesburg High Court, according to various media reports. Judgement was handed out yesterday, Monday, 14 July 2008, in the first of a three-part application. The saga will continue next month on 5 August.
