Dress Red and prevent future heartache
Issued by: The Heart and Stroke Foundation SA

The Heart and Stroke Foundation South Africa (HSFSA) is calling all lovebirds to express their love with a Dress Red sticker on Valentine's Day. Dress Red Day is a national fun day aimed at raising funds for the Foundation's Children's Programme, which has impacted on the lives of over 1.7 million children to date.

“We invite all South Africans, young and old, to paint the town red, by going to their nearest Mr Price, Miladys or Sheet Street store today and purchasing a Dress Red sticker for only R5,” said Michelle Kearney, Communications Director, HSFSA. “All the funds raised from the sales of the stickers will be ploughed back into our Children's Programme.”

Enter the Dress Red 'Best Pic' Awards by simply purchasing a Dress Red sticker and wearing a creative red outfit on the day. Individual and group entries can be e-mailed to bestpic@heartfoundation.co.za before the closing date on 20 February. There are amazing prizes to be won from Mr Price and Protea Hotels.

For further information on how to order your stickers call the Dress Red Hotline on Tel 021 447 4222, e-mail dressred@heartfoundation.co.za or visit www.dressred.co.za.
