Known as Eden Island, this unique development consisting of 450 luxury freehold apartments, maisons and villas entitles owners to private beaches, moorings with first class anchorage facilities and leisure options, i.e. boutiques, restaurants, a clubhouse, supermarket, etc, and enables each owner to qualify and apply for ownership. To date 122 luxury apartments, duplexes and villas have been released. The architectural style is Seychelles vernacular, with spectacular views over the ocean, beaches, forests, mountains and islands.

The opening of the Eden Island Sales Centre, in the capital Victoria on Mahé, was a great success and they have been inundated with requests on the progress of the marina development. The causeway and bridge, linking the island to Mahé are well underway and the building of Eden House (on-site Sales Centre and Show-Unit) on the island is anticipated to be completed by mid June 2006 with the commercial precinct open for all to enjoy towards the end of the year
